Online Safety
On October 8, 2012, Anthony E. Caputo made a threat on Facebook that he was going to bomb the PBL wing of a Milan High School. Later, when the police arrived at Mr. Caputo's house, he reportedly confessed to making the threats. Anthony Caputo was taken into custody by the Milan Police. Anthony was then charged with two felonies and will be in court October 24, 2012.
Threats like these should be taken very seriously. Although Anthony claimed he was bored and was using quotes from "Dark Night", someone else might not be joking around. If not taken seriously then someone could really harm people. You will never being able to really tell whether someone is joking around or not, but the threat is deadly so just take precautions now and punish those who decide it's "Funny".
I honestly believe that Anthony Caputo should indeed be punished. What he did was not right. He could have endangered many people, including multiple children, teens, and elders.We need to start getting people to use the Internet for good use instead of threats and things used for harm. The Internet shouldn't be something people run and hide from.
I believe that Anthony's punishment shouldn't be something where he can just skate on by and forget what he did. I think that he should indeed be fined with two felonies. Also, he should have about two years in jail. On top of all that, I think that Anthony should have to go to other schools around the U.S and talk to children and teenagers about how abusing the Internet is wrong and you should not abuse it because punishments suck. I think he should have to tell his story and tell kids what a mistake that was.

Feed Readers
Google Reader was much more simple to follow than Technorati. For google reader all you did was search something and click subscribe. For Technorati you have to search a site, go to the site, copy the URL, paste it in the subscribe bar into google reader and save it there. Technorati is super complicated and i am all for quick and easy. I feel like Technorati is a good website if you're looking for a post because if you search for a blog you get a lot of junk blogs poping up.
